Getting out of the door
Payment settles, and the order is generally packed and released inside one to two business days. Anything placed over a weekend or on a holiday joins the queue when the warehouse reopens.

Why transit time matters more than usual
The 60-day guarantee is measured from the order, not from the doorstep. Every day the parcel spends moving is a day subtracted from the span in which a refund can be raised. Ordering the smallest bundle and waiting a week for it leaves a meaningfully shorter runway than the headline number suggests.
Tracking
Two emails: one confirming the order, a second carrying a tracking reference once the parcel physically moves. That reference can take a day to wake up, so an empty tracking page on the first night is nothing to worry about.
Beyond the United States
Duty, import tax and handling charges are levied by the destination country and fall to the recipient. None of them appears in the checkout total. A handful of countries prohibit importing dietary supplements outright, so the local rules are worth a glance first.
Getting the address right
Check it before paying. A parcel bounced for an incomplete address can pick up a re-dispatch charge, and it is the only cost in this entire process that is completely avoidable. Notice a mistake afterwards and write to support at once.
Late, lost or damaged
Tracking frozen for days, or a parcel that arrives in poor condition, both go to support with the order number and photographs where they help.
