Two conditions, working together
The advertised guarantee runs 60 days from purchase and asks for at least 30 days of use before a request is accepted. Apply both at once and the practical span in which a refund can be raised is the stretch between them.
| Stretch | Where you stand |
|---|---|
| Days 1 to 29 | Taking it. A request would be premature. |
| Days 30 to 60 | The request can be made. This is the span that counts. |
| Day 61 onward | Closed. |
Counted from the order, not the delivery. Days spent in transit are subtracted from your span rather than added to it. Put both dates in a calendar on the day the parcel lands and the problem disappears.
How the bundles line up against it
Two bottles runs out as the span closes. Three leaves a bottle spare at that point, six leaves four. That is not an argument against the larger bundles — they are much cheaper a bottle — but it does mean the decision gets made on an early bottle rather than a late one.
Raising a request
| Stage | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Dig out the order number from your confirmation email. |
| 2 | Write to the seller’s support address, cite that number, and ask for a refund under the 60-day guarantee. |
| 3 | Wait for their reply, which carries any return address or reference needed. |
| 4 | Do exactly what they set out, and hang on to any tracking receipt. |
| 5 | Funds return by the route they arrived. |
How long it takes
Generally a handful of business days from the seller accepting. After that, the speed at which a credit shows up belongs to your card issuer — another working week or two is ordinary.
Something arrived wrong
A damaged, short or incorrect parcel is a separate matter. Photograph it, write to support immediately, and it should be resolved without eating into your span.
Only official orders qualify
The guarantee travels with purchases made at the official checkout. Marketplace listings and third-party sellers typically carry none of it, and there is no retrievable order number to cite even if they did.
Check what is live. These terms belong to the seller and can be revised. The wording at their checkout when you pay is what governs your order — not this page.
